Back in the Autumn of 2009 Roll Out The Red were selected by award winning Cambridge based interior designer Hugh Jamieson of ‘At Home Interiors’ as the flooring contractor for this large contemporary seaside home on the Suffolk coastline.

Hugh Jamieson is a fellow member of ‘BIID’ the British Institute of Interior Design so it was with great delight we were chosen to work alongside ‘At Home Interiors’ on this ‘Arts & Crafts’ property as Hugh has a great vision on interior design.

Once the major renovations were complete the interior design was underway with the narrow oak floorboards being retained in the Dining Room.  Amtico was the chosen floorcovering for the newly extended Kitchen and seperate pantry in a honed limestone design which was in keeping with the seaside theme which I have to say looked absolutely fantastic.

A Natural style carpet was installed throughout the property complete with new preperation except where the original oak flooring was retained,  this gave a new fresh but contemporary look to the property.

Much of the interior woodwork including the panelling and doors were retained and restored which was in keeping with the original feel of the property, coupled with Hugh’s individual flair left a holiday home to die for.

‘Roll Out The Red’ continue to be selected by Hugh and his team on various projects across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk where it is a pleasure to work alongside people that care about their business and listen to their clients.
